I'm different from you. You're different from him. He's different from her. She's different from them. They're different from us. And let me conclude then.. we are all different. God make us so. So, is there anything wrong with being different?
May be you say like, "Okay, she's going to write about human differences.."
Haha, not really. I just would like to share my experience of being different. Basically, I don't like to be the same with others. For instance, when people are crazy about Harry Potter's last movie, I was just like, "When is the fourth movie of the Chronicles of Narnia?"
Let's say I don't really like to go with the flow. Ya, let's say so.
This story was set when I was in the 3rd grade of Senior High School. My Art teacher instructed us to make a painting showing nature. Most of my friends planned to make a painting about beautiful mountain scenery with smooth sunshine above, and green fresh tall trees. Remember, I don't really like to go with the flow.
So, what did I paint on my sinless canvas at that time? Mountain explosion. No, your eyes see the right words: Mountain Explosion. I drew a top of a mountain which was exploding the orange and red lava. Then I drew the fell-down trees. The leaves from the trees. I painted them brown, light yellow, and cream. The painting was like hell.
When I took 'masterpiece' to school, many of my friends laughed at it. I laughed as well. I thought why did I want to paint this mountain explosion? But, I didn't think about it anymore. Just submit it to the teacher and I would be free of art assignment. The teacher asked her students to hang our paintings in a room. Then I realized, that my painting was the only one which was full of red, orange, and brown colour. Many others' were full of green and blue colors. There was hesitation on my head. "God, my painting is really like hell!" What mark would my teacher give to my like-hell painting?
Some weeks later, the art teacher showed the marks of students' painting. My friends got 80 mostly. And I got .. 82. I was so satisfied. I laughed like crazy. My friends teased me, "Wow, seems like your hell painting has brought you a heaven!"
Oh.. being different sometimes brings you happiness..
